Goods will not be supplied on a trial basis. All Prices quoted are in terces minted prior to the accession of Kandive surnamed "the Golden" and are exclusive of any sales tax and carriage. Prices and promotional offers subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the cancellation of orders or return of unwanted goods. We may, however, choose to accept cancellation or returns subject to payment of a restocking charge (minimum 20% of the value of the goods excluding carriage and tax). All prices and products are offered subject to availability. The Customer's signature or that of their Factotum-of-Record will be required at time of delivery: goods will not be left without this signature. Claims for non-delivery, missing items or damaged goods must be made within 3 working days of expected delivery. Certain products have minimum system or configuration requirements; please contact us prior to purchase if you are uncertain of your ability to meet these as we will not accept returned goods that are suitable for their intended purpose, if not the facilities you are able to provide. We accept no liability for performance or late delivery of goods supplied and in any event our liability is restricted to the value of the goods themselves.
